What services do you offer?
We offer a Proofreading service which provides an in-depth analysis and correction of the spelling, grammar, typography and type-set of your commercial content. This service is ideal for ensuring that every document your clients, customers or stake-holders receive reflects the very highest professional standards.

Our Editing service provides a far more comprehensive re-writing, improving the style, tone, word choice and sentence structure of your documents. Our Editors are trained to the highest level of corporate and business writing and etiquette, and can restructure your content from the ground up.

We are a small business. Can we use your services?
Yes, we started as a small business so understand the need for good promotional and written material. We can help your business grow by making your written word more professional.

Can we make changes after it has been edited?
Yes, you have a free 10 day period if you require any alterations. We only charge an additional fee if a substantial amount (20%+) of material has been added post edit to that included in your original brief.

Do you only edit word docs?
We are happy to edit any document format, just let us know when you place your order so that we can quote you the correct fee.

What are your working hours?
We understand the necessity of quick and timely communication in the business and corporate environment, and so are open and available for consultation Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:30 pm.

Is our information/copyright secure with you?
Yes, all information is directly uploaded to our secure server by you and doesn't leave until we send it back to you. As for your copyright, you retain the rights to the work at all times regardless of the level of editing we perform.

Can we speak with the editor?
Yes, depending on the size of the order it would be our pleasure to organise a telephone conference for you. For particularly large orders it may also be possible to arrange a face to face meeting to discuss your needs.

Will we be able to see any changes you've made?
Yes, we will return two copies of all completed work to you. One will be the clean final edited version, the other will contain Microsoft track changes showing and explaining where and why changes were made. However, this feature may not be available on certain non-Microsoft file formats, so if in doubt, please check with us when you place your order.

We need a document editing quickly, can you do it?
Yes, depending on the level of edit required, we can often return documents to you within a 2 hour time frame, providing you contact us within office hours.

What systems do you have in place to protect sensitive documents?
All information is directly uploaded to our secure server; our Editors are fully trained in the sensitivity of corporate information, are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements, and would be willing to sign any other assurances you should require

Can we set up an account?
Yes, it takes 48hrs to set an account up, if you need content returned faster we can take a company credit card to begin with. Credit limits are set by our accounts department.

Can we use your services from abroad?
Yes, some of our biggest clients are based in China, India and the US.
